Important Information:

Administration Fees: Some lenders may charge a small administration fee. This does not apply to DRH, but please ask for further details.

Deposits and Delivery Charges: All deposits and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Private Plates: If you’re part-exchanging a car with a private number plate, please ensure you contact the DVLA to have it removed before the exchange, to keep your private plate.

Trade Cars: We also offer trade cars, which are sold with no warranty and no returns. These are typically part-exchange vehicles that don't meet our standards and are sold as spares or repairs.

Returns Policy: In the unlikely event that you need to return a car for a refund, all documentation (V5, service history, etc.) must be provided, and the car should be cleaned to the same standard as when it was sold. There may be charges for additional mileage or any damage. It is the customer's responsibility to return the car to us. If you require us to recover the car, a charge of £2.50 + VAT per mile will apply.
