I bought a fiat doblo van from Dave at DRH CARS just under a month ago. I've had some bad experiences from other companies in the passed, so wasn't looking forward to having to upgrade when it became time to part with my old vehicle. I saw DRH's van advertised on a very well known website and it looked just what I wanted. I called Dave and made an appointment to view the van. I found Dave to be very : approachable, friendly, flexible, helpful, willing to listen, a good communicator, and I now know honest. He pointed out some minor faults with the vans bodywork as well as its good points. I paid a deposit and agreed a delivery date. He arrived on time and again was polite. The wing mirror was broken on arrival, so Dave arranged to have a new one sent to me. He also at my request had the bulkhead removed at no extra cost. I delaid posting a review as I wanted to endure the van was not another regrettabe purchase. Im please to report I've not had any problems with it. In short I can highly recommend Dave at DRH CARS. A five star service.

Recently bought my car from Dave at DRH. Great service, gave me confidence with the car I was buying as I'd had a bad time with my old car. He extended my warranty for my peace of mind. My new car had been serviced and mot'd and the one small fault had been put right. Would definitely recommend buying a car from DRH and would definitely go back if I need another car.

So after lots of back and forth issues with another broker, Dave managed to secure my finance for the car I had chosen. On collection day Dave even went the extra mile sorting the tax for me. I then left Tamworth on a round trip to Eastleigh and then back to Cheltenham. The car drove faultlessly all the way. I had only viewed pictures so I was taking a risk, but Dave really did as he said he would, car serviced and MOT before I collected. Thanks Dave. Got a warranty also but if work needed I am sure DRH will be able to help. Great customer services just what's needed in this current climate. No excuses to drag the process out. 👍👍
