Warranty

Welcome to Our Warranty Section!

A warranty can provide valuable peace of mind by covering the costs of maintenance and repairs, ensuring your vehicle stays on the road without unexpected expenses.

Our primary warranty provider is The Motoring Organisation (TMO), offering flexible coverage options for most cars with 6, 12, or 24-month plans. There are three levels of coverage: Silver, Gold, and Platinum, with most plans including AA Breakdown cover (please read the full terms and conditions). TMO is approved by Trading Standards, ensuring you’re in good hands.

In addition, DRH Cars offers its own in-house warranty coverage for added flexibility.

Breakdown Assistance:

If you experience a breakdown, please call the following helplines:

Important: Before ordering or fitting replacement parts to your vehicle, please call the claims line to avoid potentially voiding your warranty.

If you have any questions or need assistance regarding warranty coverage, feel free to contact us at DRH Cars anytime!

Trade Cars Disclaimer:

Please note that we occasionally sell high-mileage cars, vehicles with limited or no service history, or those requiring repairs. These cars are sold as Trade Cars and are sold as seen with no warranty and no returns. They are typically considered spares or repairs and should be viewed with that in mind.

Additionally, DRH Cars offers a service to sell your old car privately for a small fee. Please contact us for more details.

Warranty Exclusions:

Cambelts & Water Pumps: These are not covered under our warranty. We strongly advise that if there is no documented proof of cambelt or chain replacement, you should assume it hasn’t been done. It’s best to consult a qualified mechanic or garage.

Chain-Driven Engines: These are also not covered.

We can recommend a trusted garage for cambelt or chain replacement quotes and fitting.

Important Note on Warranty Service:

Our warranties are generally covered by a national network of service providers. However, if your car needs to be returned to us for any warranty-related issues, the responsibility for transport lies with the car’s new owner.
